Who We Are

Thaddeus S. Michalski, DMD

Practicing the art and science of dentistry since 2001, Dr. Michalski combines an exceptional education and extensive clinical experience, with a strong personal dedication to improving his patients' dental health.

After graduating from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Michalski furthered his training through an elective residency for Advanced Education in University of Florida College of Dentistry.

Because he chooses to remain at the top of his field, Dr. Michalski spends countless hours and thousands of dollars expanding his professional knowledge through continuing education courses in his field. Believing that if you want to be one of the best, you must learn from the best, he has completed extensive additional training from the leaders in the dental field for cosmetic dentistry and implant dentistry, as well as the management of TMJ problems and occlusion or bite problems. As a result, Dr. Michalski’s patients can receive the safest, most advanced treatment alternatives for their dental health.

 

Dr. Michalski has proudly achieved his Fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantology, and he is in the process of receiving his Mastership. He has also completed other continuing education, some of which institutions and experts are listed below:

Our Team

Denise - Treatment Coordinator

It is Denise's warm smile and cheerful personality that welcomes our arriving patients and makes them feel at home. With her 10 years of experience in dentistry, she oversees our patient scheduling and treatment coordination while continuously helping our patients afford the dental care they deserve by assisting them with comfortable payment arrangements. When she’s not in the office, Denise enjoys interior decorating, gardening, the beach and boating, and barbeques with friends in the summer.
Sheralin

Sheralin - Financial Coordinator

With over 18 years of dental assisting experience, Sheralin’s vast knowledge in all aspects of dentistry allows her to provide answers to any questions our patients may have. She is also the expert in dental insurance, so that those fortunate to have benefits can understand and maximize them with her assistance. Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her daughters, as well as working out, long motorcycle rides and eating chocolate (milk, not dark).
Stacy

Stacy - Registered Dental Hygienist

Stacy, our dental hygienist, has a gentle and comfortable approach to dental hygiene and is always willing to spend extra time to educate our patients on the prevention and treatment of gum disease. Practicing for over 11 years, she has become an expert at professional cleanings, x-rays, dental and periodontal exams, fluoride treatments and sealant placement. Stacy received her degree in Dental Hygiene from the Fones School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Bridgeport. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities with her husband, traveling, and is an avid animal lover who enjoys playing with her dog.
Cari

Cari Mae - Registered Dental Hygienist

Cari Mae is a talented dental hygienist with over 23 years of experience in the dental field. Her passion is not only performing dental hygiene care for our patients, but motivating and educating them toward optimal dental health. She enjoys staying on the forefront of her profession through continuing education and training, and balances this with caring for and spending quality time with her husband and triplets. For fun, Cari Mae enjoys exercising, reading, boating and spending time at the shore.
Alicia

Alicia - Dental Assistant

Although newer to dentistry, Alicia’s desire to learn and excel has made her a wonderful addition to our office over the past two years. As Dr. Michalski’s “right hand,” she assists him daily in providing attentive care to our patients, while her relaxed and gentle nature helps our patients feel at ease during treatment. She enjoys good times with family and friends, as well as motorcycle rides, the beach and her pug, Cordova.
